According to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, 16 teams entering the final round were selected from the qualifying rounds in the North and South, including: Hai Phong Trade Union, Bac Ninh Trade Union 1, Vietnam Bank Trade Union, People's Public Security Trade Union, Hanoi Trade Union, Bac Ninh Trade Union 2, Da Nang Trade Union, Sacombank , Sawaco, Dong Nai Trade Union 1, Quang Ngai Trade Union, Khanh Hoa Trade Union, An Giang Trade Union, Le Bao Minh, Dong Nai Trade Union 3 and Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union 2.

The final matches will take place from October 31 to November 2, at Ton Duc Thang University Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City.

A new feature of this year’s finals is that the Organizing Committee will award the title of Best Player of the Match for all 32 matches of the tournament. To ensure the best professional work for the matches, the Organizing Committee met with the teams, listened to their comments and adjusted the organization to create conditions for the players to compete better.

The 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Vietnam Football Federation. Entering its third year, the tournament has affirmed its position as an annual, prestigious playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers across the country, contributing to promoting the sports movement, improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants, and laborers in particular and the whole society in general.
