The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said today, November 10, the weather in the North and North Central regions will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places.

The South and other regions will have sunny days, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.

At sea, due to the influence of typhoon Phuong Hoang, the sea area east of the northern East Sea will have storms and rain. The sea area northeast of the central East Sea will have showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.

Tonight, the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea has strong winds of level 8-10, the area near the storm's eye has strong winds of level 11-13, gusts of level 16, waves 8-10m high, and rough seas.

All vessels operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
