Sharing the difficulties with the ethnic people in the storm and flood areas, the Working Group presented 300 gifts (each worth 1 million VND), including food, goods and essential necessities to 300 households in the communes of Xuan Canh, Xuan Lanh and Dong Xuan. These are localities of Dak Lak province that suffered heavy consequences when storm No. 13 passed. Dak Lak Provincial Police are currently coordinating with local authorities to urgently distribute and promptly deliver to households that suffered heavy losses.
On behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security , Major General Nguyen Hong Nguyen also presented gifts from the Minister of Public Security to the forces on duty, and at the same time commended the proactive, dedicated, and "serving the people" spirit of officers and soldiers of Dak Lak Provincial Police in responding to and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
According to Major General Nguyen Hong Nguyen, the Dak Lak police force's help to the people before, during and after storm No. 13 is a practical action, responding to the emulation movement "Three best: Most disciplined - Most loyal - Closest to the people" of the People's Police force, clearly demonstrating the spirit: "when the people need, when the people are in trouble, there is the police" from the pioneering activities in helping and rescuing people in times of danger and hardship, contributing to stabilizing people's lives and maintaining security and order in the area.
