On the morning of November 9, Regiment 38 coordinated with the Command Board of Military Zone 1 - Song Cau (Dak Lak Provincial Military Command) and the Party Committee and authorities of Dong Xuan and Xuan Canh communes, along with local people, to participate in dredging mud, cutting down fallen trees, arranging and cleaning tables, chairs, and facilities.
