At Ia Rve commune, Dak Lak province, Central Party Committee member, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Ia Rve commune primary and secondary boarding school.
On the side of Dak Lak province, there were comrades: Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Y Giang Gry Nie Knong; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches, units, localities, along with education management staff, teachers, students and people of all ethnic groups in the locality.

The ceremony was broadcast live on VTV1 channel and connected to 14 locations in provinces and cities.
At the ceremony, provinces and cities simultaneously started construction of 72 schools in the list of 100 primary and secondary boarding schools to be invested in 2025, to be completed before August 30, 2026.

Ia Rve Primary and Secondary Boarding School was chosen as the live television connection point to connect with the Groundbreaking Ceremony at the main connection point in Thanh Hoa province.
The Ia Rve Commune Primary and Secondary Boarding School project was upgraded and expanded with facilities from Nguyen Thi Dinh Secondary School with a total investment of nearly 126.8 billion VND and is expected to be completed in early August 2026.
The project has a total area of 51,116 m2 , the design includes new construction items such as: primary school block with grade III standards (3 floors); secondary school block with grade III standards (3 floors); dining room and kitchen with grade III standards (1 floor); 30-room boarding house with grade III standards (3 floors), and many other items such as: pump house; garage; guard house; water filtration equipment house...

Technical infrastructure includes: Overall leveling, stone embankment, gate, fence, yard, internal road, flagpole, trees, power supply system, water supply and drainage, underground water tank, communication, lightning protection and overall fire prevention and fighting, newly built 100m underground medium voltage power line system; newly built 1 transformer station...
The project also has some renovation items such as: 12-room classroom building and subject classroom building converted into two semi-boarding lunch break areas; multi-function house converted into cultural and artistic activity house. The school has also been invested with new equipment for teaching, student care and school activities. The school is expected to have a capacity of 1,125 students, including both boarding and semi-boarding students.
