Hoang Xa residential group has 355 households, 1,480 people with 11 clans, is a locality rich in cultural and revolutionary traditions with 2 typical cultural celebrities, 4 heroic Vietnamese mothers, 34 heroic martyrs. Officials and people have united, organized and well implemented the movement "All people unite, build new rural areas, civilized urban areas". People's lives are constantly improved, cultural, educational and medical activities are well implemented. Security, politics , social order and safety are stable and maintained. The task of building typical residential groups has been actively responded to by the people, achieving many results. Congratulating and praising the achievements of Hoang Xa residential group, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Party Committee, government, organizations and people of all walks of life to continue to consolidate and promote the spirit of solidarity, build a strong and developed residential area, and improve life day by day.
At the Festival, the Head of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to Hoang Xa residential area; the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council awarded gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to poor and near-poor households. Vu Phuc ward leaders rewarded organizations and individuals and gave gifts to poor, near-poor households and families in difficult circumstances in the area.
* On the afternoon of November 9, Ba Dong residential area, Doan Dao commune organized the National Great Unity Day 2025. Attending the festival was comrade Quach Thi Huong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Principal of Nguyen Van Linh Political School.
Ba Dong Residential Area currently has 500 households with nearly 1,800 people. In recent times, Ba Dong Residential Area has promoted the great national solidarity bloc, mobilizing people to participate in emulation movements and campaigns such as: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "Building cultural families", "The whole people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". Up to now, over 99.5% of households have achieved the title of cultural family; the Residential Area has 8 art and sports clubs. In 2025, people will contribute to the scholarship fund, the "Repaying gratitude" fund, and the "For the poor" fund of the village with a total amount of over 50 million VND.
