Warmth of Great Unity Day at Ka Lip, Kai Ya and Ya Mau residential areas

The residential area of Ka Lip, Kai Ya, Ya Mau villages currently has 731 households with 2,868 people, mainly ethnic groups of K'Ho, Raclay, Cham, Nung... living together in solidarity and closeness. The whole area has 105 poor households (accounting for 21.74%) and 168 near-poor households (22.16%). In recent years, the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has been effectively implemented, contributing to promoting economic development and improving community life. People actively participate in building dams, dredging canals, repairing roads to serve production with more than 180 working days; environmental sanitation, garbage collection and beautification of village roads and alleys are maintained regularly.

The work of caring for poor students and households in difficult circumstances has always been of interest and implemented effectively. During the year, the Association for Promotion of Education and other benefactors awarded 2 scholarships (worth 2 million VND) and 13 new bicycles to poor but studious students with a total cost of 26 million VND, contributing to further motivating them to go to school. In addition, the funds "For the poor" and "Repaying gratitude" were mobilized to reach 100% of the target, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and mutual love in the community.

In recent years, the material and spiritual life of the people of Phan Son commune has been improved.

Over the past year, the spiritual life of the people in the residential area has been increasingly improved, cultural, artistic and sports movements have taken place vigorously, attracting a large number of people to participate. Civilized lifestyles in weddings and funerals have been carried out economically, in accordance with customs and practices. Security and order have been maintained, especially the security camera model continues to be effective, contributing to ensuring safety and stabilizing community life.

People contribute ideas at the Great Unity Day

At the Great Unity Festival, residents of Ka Lip, Kai Ya, and Ya Mau villages actively participated in contributing ideas to build an increasingly developed residential area. Many opinions reflected on the damage caused by recent floods and rains, which greatly affected crops and agricultural production. Floods and rains also damaged roads leading to production areas, making it difficult for people to travel and transport agricultural products. People requested the commune government and the Provincial People's Committee to soon pay attention, invest in repairing and upgrading roads, creating favorable conditions for people to develop the economy and stabilize their lives.

Sharing joy with the residents of Ka Lip, Kai Ya, Ya Mau villages at the National Great Unity Festival, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan sent his congratulations to the ethnic people in the residential area, and at the same time praised the spirit of solidarity, efforts and practical contributions of the people in socio-economic development, maintaining security and order, and building an increasingly strong national great unity bloc.

Despite facing many difficulties due to unusual weather affecting production, the people of Ka Lip, Kai Ya, and Ya Mau villages still promote solidarity, proactively develop agriculture, actively build cultural families, and maintain environmental sanitation. Up to now, 100% of households have had access to clean water and electricity. These results have significantly contributed to the locality's overall achievements in 2025, while strengthening the great national unity bloc and enhancing people's trust in the Party's leadership and State management.

To promote the precious tradition of solidarity, in the coming time, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan requested Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front and all people of Phan Son commune to continue to unite, unify, and join hands in building a new life in residential areas. At the same time, thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, especially the resolutions on building and promoting the strength of the great national solidarity bloc, contributing to making the movement increasingly deeper and more sustainable.

In particular, it is necessary to focus on developing household economy, converting appropriate production models, increasing income and sustainably reducing poverty.
