Ta Lung village is located in the North of Pho Bang commune, about 7.5 km from the commune center, with 116 households with 628 people, 100% of whom are Mong ethnic people, including 5 main clans: Hau, Ma, Thao, Hang, Vu. Average income per capita in 2025 will reach 20.5 million VND/person/year, average food will reach 295.5 kg/person/year. The poverty rate is 24.1%, near-poor households are 29.3%. In economic development, people mainly cultivate, raise livestock, plant forests and trees in the winter-spring crop; education is of interest with 100% of school-age children; 63.8% of households achieving the title of "Cultural Family".

Speaking at the Festival, Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung expressed her joy at being able to attend and share the joy with the people of Ta Lung village in a warm and united atmosphere. She acknowledged and praised the achievements that the cadres, party members and people of the village have achieved in the past time, especially in economic development, building cultural life and maintaining security and order.

Each person needs to uphold the spirit of self-reliance, actively work in production, gradually eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, and increase income. He suggested that people continue to abolish bad customs, not have early marriages, practice a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals, promote the spirit of "mutual love", and unite to help each other in life. At the same time, parents need to pay attention and create conditions for their children to go to school and study fully, not let students drop out of school halfway; preserve and promote the cultural identity of the Mong people, contributing to building a rich cultural life imbued with traditional identity.
