Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Tran Manh Loi works with the communes of Quang Nguyen, Nam Dan, Trung Thinh and Pa Vay Su.

On the afternoon of November 9, at Pa Vay Su commune, comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, had a working session with the Party Committees of Quang Nguyen, Nam Dan, Trung Thinh and Pa Vay Su communes on the implementation of tasks after the Party Congress; the implementation of socio-economic development tasks and key targets for 2025.

Comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, representatives of the communes reported on the results of disseminating and developing action programs to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; the results of concretizing and implementing policies, resolutions, directives, regulations, and conclusions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees; the work of arranging and perfecting the apparatus, staff, and operating the two-level local government model. The communes also reported on the situation and results of implementing the 2025 plan targets, especially in production, business, state budget collection, public investment disbursement, and implementation of national target programs.

Comrade To Quang Trong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Pa Vay Su Commune Party Committee, reported on the implementation of key tasks after the Party Congress and the implementation of targets for 2025.

Speaking at the working session, comrade Tran Manh Loi, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, requested the Party Committees of communes to continue to seriously, promptly, effectively and appropriately disseminate, especially in the innovation of studying and concretizing Resolutions at all levels. Review, update and adjust the action programs and key tasks that have been set out. Continue to build the apparatus, improve capacity, ensure efficiency; pay attention to the work of Party building and rectification, focus on consolidating and perfecting the apparatus in the direction of hand-holding and guiding.

Focus on leading and directing the completion of the 2025 targets and tasks. Be determined and resolute in completing the implementation of public investment capital and national target programs in 2025. Grasp the people's situation, proactively and effectively resolve issues arising from the grassroots, ensure rural security and border security. Carefully prepare for the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring compliance with regulations, democracy, safety and efficiency.
