The festival was held to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), in conjunction with the preliminary summary of the National Movement for Solidarity in Building New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas this year.

Attending and sharing the joy with the people were comrade Ton Thien Dong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, and representatives of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thuan ward.

In 2025, the Neighborhood Front Working Committee will continue to affirm its core role in propagating and mobilizing people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; at the same time, actively respond to patriotic emulation movements.

Thanks to the spirit of solidarity, people have strived to overcome difficulties, promoted diligence and creativity in production, contributing to building an increasingly comprehensive residential area.

The movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" continues to receive positive response from cadres, party members, union members, association members and people.

Last year, the neighborhood contributed more than 270 million VND to construct 260m of cement concrete road, build national flag-hanging routes and mobilize the Fund for the Poor to achieve 100% of the assigned target.

The entire neighborhood has 1,038/1,045 households registered as Cultural Families, through evaluation, 1,032 households achieved the title, and neighborhood 2 continues to be recognized as a typical cultural residential area.

This is also an opportunity to evaluate the results of the implementation of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in 2025 in the locality.

The movement of the entire people to protect national security is firmly maintained. The grassroots security forces regularly stay close to the locality, promptly grasp the situation and handle arising incidents, ensuring security and order, and preventing hot spots from occurring.

The residential community of Ward 2 also actively participates in monitoring and social criticism, contributing to building a clean and strong grassroots political system.

Comrade Ton Thien Dong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, presented gifts to poor and near-poor families in the locality.

Towards 2026, Ward 2 - Binh Thuan Ward continues to promote the achieved results; at the same time, overcome limitations to continue to effectively implement movements and campaigns. At the same time, strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to actively develop the economy, reduce poverty sustainably and do a good job of environmental sanitation.

At the Festival, Ward 2 - Binh Thuan Ward launched the Emulation Movement to welcome the 14th National Party Congress, term 2026 - 2031 and the 11th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031.

Comrade Ton Thien Dong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee spoke at the Festival.

Speaking at the Festival, Comrade Ton Thien Dong acknowledged and commended the achievements of Ward 2 in 2025; at the same time, requested the locality to continue to pay attention to economic development, improving the material and spiritual life of the people. He emphasized the construction of a cultural residential area that is Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful, free of social evils, and free of poor households, through specific and practical solutions.

On this occasion, comrade Ton Thien Dong, on behalf of Lam Dong province leaders, presented 10 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to poor and near-poor families in Ward 2, Binh Thuan Ward.

In addition, the local government also gave many gifts to near-poor households and students in difficult circumstances, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and sharing in the community.
