An Cu commune organized a great solidarity festival at Po Thi hamlet

Awarding certificates of appreciation to individuals with many social and charitable activities in the locality.

Po Thi Hamlet has 574 households with nearly 2,900 people, of which the Khmer people account for over 83.97%. In 2025, the hamlet will have 520/574 households achieving the title of cultural family, accounting for 90.59%. The hamlet mobilized benefactors to support 780 gifts for poor households, near-poor households, households in difficult circumstances, and policy families; mobilized to build 6 new houses for poor households and policy families with a budget of 40 - 60 million VND/house.

On this occasion, the Po Thi Hamlet Front Committee launched an emulation movement to participate in new rural construction in 2026; to show gratitude to benefactors with many social and charitable activities in the locality.

At the same time, 20 gifts were presented to poor households and lonely elderly people; 2 individuals with achievements in good people and good deeds in implementing the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in 2025 were rewarded.

Awarding prizes to teams participating in the 5-a-side football tournament.

Previously, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Cu commune coordinated with the An Cu commune General Service Center to organize a 5-a-side football tournament to celebrate the national great unity day. 8 football teams from hamlet people's committees, armed forces, inter-agency (Party Committee, People's Committee, commune unions) and schools in the commune participated. The teams competed in a knockout format, selecting the team with the best performance to compete in the final.
