On November 8, Tuy An Nam Commune People's Committee continued to organize a working delegation to visit, encourage and provide initial support to households with severe housing damage.

The delegation gave each household 1 million VND in emergency support to 3 cases whose houses completely collapsed, including Mrs. Phan Thi Nhung's household (Phu Long village), Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kiem's ​​household (Phu Thanh village) and Mr. Le Duy Thanh's household (Hoa Da village).
