Bien Bach Commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes of the old Thoi Binh district: Bien Bach, Bien Bach Dong and Tan Bang. Although people's lives have improved a lot in recent times, rural transport infrastructure, especially the bridge and road system, is still limited, affecting travel and daily life.

Representatives of the Provincial Police Staff Department, philanthropists and local authorities cut the ribbon to inaugurate the rural bridge.

The bridge is 28 meters long and 2.5 meters wide, with a total investment of more than 160 million VND. The funding was contributed by officers and soldiers of the General Staff Department and the support of benefactors. Local people also contributed working days during the construction process.

On the occasion of the bridge inauguration, the Provincial Police Staff Department presented 50 gifts including rice, instant noodles and necessities with a total value of more than 25 million VND to households in difficult circumstances in Bien Bach commune.

The construction and putting into use of the rural bridge demonstrates the attention of the police force to social security work, contributing to the effective implementation of the Party and State's policy on new rural construction, thereby promoting local socio -economic development.
