On the evening of November 8, the Lao Cai Provincial Association of the Elderly held the closing ceremony and awarded prizes for the first "Happy Elderly in Family" Contest in Lao Cai province, 2025.

After a day of exciting competition, the teams demonstrated their talents and knowledge through the following competitions: Greeting; Understanding and Talent. With careful preparation and enthusiasm, the teams brought to the competition excellent and impressive performances.

Each performance not only introduced the characteristics and outstanding achievements of families in the movement "Exemplary grandparents and parents, filial children and grandchildren", but also honored their practical contributions in building cultural villages, hamlets, and residential groups in the locality.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 A prizes, 4 B prizes, 14 C prizes and 3 special prizes to the teams. Team 6 Lao Cai (Lao Cai ward) and team Doan Ket 1 village (Mau A commune) excellently won A prizes.
