On the morning of November 6, 2025, the Tay Ninh Provincial State Legal Aid Center (abbreviated as the Center) coordinated with the People's Committee of Khanh Hung commune to organize a training conference to improve capacity and knowledge of legal aid in Chapter category national target reduce poor durable sustainable by 2025. Attending were more than 80 delegates including representatives of the leaders of the Commune People's Committee, departments under the People's Council, representatives of agencies and units under the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee, Economic Department, Social and Cultural Department, Commune Military Command, Commune Police, Commune Public Administration Service Center, Commune Project Management Board, Commune Public Service Center, Representatives of the Board of Principals of schools in the commune, hamlet chiefs, hamlet officials, community representatives, group leaders, union officials, poverty reduction collaborators, prestigious people, organizations and representatives of households in the area.

Mr. Le Minh Hien - Director of the Center presented the basic contents of the legal aid policy (abbreviated as TGPL), the subjects eligible for TGPL and how to access TGPL services. When a legal incident occurs, the subjects eligible for TGPL can request TGPL themselves or through relatives, agencies, competent persons conducting proceedings or other agencies, organizations, and individuals, and can choose the person performing TGPL, which can be a Legal Aid Officer or a Lawyer (who has signed a contract to perform TGPL with the Center) to participate in protecting their own legal rights and interests. At the same time, Mr. Le Minh Hien also disseminated the inheritance regulations according to the provisions of civil law so that officials and people in the area could grasp how to do it legally when they need to leave an inheritance to relatives to avoid the situation where relatives "tear each other apart and fight over property, causing loss of affection", disseminated the provisions of the Law on Marriage and Family on the rights and obligations of husband and wife, common property, separate property and common debt of husband and wife so that people could access and grasp the avoidance of conflicts in married life because family development creates momentum for social development.
In addition, at the Conference, delegates were also received by officers of Ben Pho Border Guard Station. and Commune officials deploy topics such as: Vietnam Border Law and legal topics practically related to people's lives.
To achieve social progress and justice in every step and every development policy, and to implement the Constitutional principle of "everyone is equal before the law", our Party and State have proposed many economic , cultural and social policies to overcome the inherent negative aspects of the market economy, including the goal of improving the ability to access and enjoy legal aid for those who have contributed to the country and the disadvantaged in society.
Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and legal consultancy activities for subjects eligible for legal aid, especially in border communes including Khanh Hung commune, contributing to creating social fairness in people's access to legal policies and reducing financial difficulties in accessing legal services at present./.
