Training on mediation skills at the grassroots level – Improving the capacity to resolve conflicts in the community

Mediation work at the grassroots level continues to affirm its important role in social life and is an important criterion for assessing communes that meet the standards of legal access and new rural areas. In order to improve capacity and equip the team doing this work with the latest legal knowledge, on October 31, 2025, the Department of Justice of Tay Ninh coordinated with the People's Committee of Kien Tuong Ward to organize a training conference to foster professional skills in mediation work at the grassroots level for delegates representing the leaders of the People's Committee; civil servants of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee in charge of mediation work at the grassroots level; Representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations under the Front; Mediation trainers at the grassroots level in the communes and wards of Hung Dien, Khanh Hung, Vinh Thanh, Vinh Hung, Tan Hung, Tuyen Binh, Vinh Chau, Tuyen Thanh, Binh Hiep, Hau Thanh, Binh Hoa, Nhon Ninh, Nhon Hoa Lap, Moc Hoa, Tan Thanh and Kien Tuong Ward.
