The Provincial Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education guides a number of contents on organizing the implementation of Vietnam Law Day.

In order to continue promoting and ensuring the spirit of respect for the Constitution, laws, and culture of law compliance in agencies, units, cadres, civil servants, public employees and the People; on October 20, 2025, the Tay Ninh Provincial Council for Legal Dissemination and Education issued guiding document No. 1562/HDPH on guiding the organization of the implementation of Vietnam Law Day (November 9) in 2025. Accordingly:

The Provincial Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education requests agencies, units, and localities to effectively organize practical activities in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (November 9) in 2025 (hereinafter referred to as Vietnam Law Day), specifically as follows:

The theme of Law Day 2025 is " Building a culture of law compliance throughout society, raising awareness of respect for the Constitution and the law among all citizens and organizations ".

Regarding the content of the organization: Link the response to Vietnam Law Day 2025 with the implementation of the Party's guidelines and resolutions and the State's legal policies, focusing on thoroughly grasping Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on innovating the work of law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era, building a culture of law compliance among cadres, civil servants, public employees and the People; continue to raise awareness of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law; policies and guidelines to implement the arrangement, streamlining, improving the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of the organizational apparatus; Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15 dated June 16, 2025 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and important legal documents issued in 2025. Actively promote administrative reform, digital transformation, and reduce legal compliance costs to contribute to liberating human resources, accompanying people and businesses; focus on implementing communication on policies, projects, and draft legal documents to create high social consensus, ensuring effective implementation of documents after promulgation.

Regarding the form of organization: It is recommended that agencies, units and localities choose a suitable and effective form of organizing activities in response to Vietnam Law Day, associated with the implementation of the political tasks of agencies, units and localities, focusing on implementing practical, appropriate and specific response activities, focusing on the grassroots level; strengthening the application of digital transformation, propaganda on mass media, electronic information portals/pages, telecommunications networks, social networks; through legal knowledge competitions, exchanges, policy and legal dialogues, legal advice, legal aid, grassroots mediation, volunteer youth activities, extracurricular legal education; integrating into public service activities of cadres, civil servants, authorities and grassroots organizations; propaganda on billboards, posters, banners, slogans, loudspeakers, etc.

Slogan for promoting Vietnam Law Day 2025: Agencies, units, and localities should proactively develop practical slogans for promoting Vietnam Law Day 2025, suitable to the requirements of implementing the tasks of agencies, units, and localities; in addition, the following slogans can be consulted and selected:

- Innovate thinking in building and organizing law enforcement to contribute to removing institutional bottlenecks.

- Focus on removing bottlenecks and obstacles caused by legal regulations to serve the two-level local government to operate effectively, efficiently and effectively.

- Building and perfecting laws must be based on Vietnamese reality, serving the people, and taking the people as the center.

- Communicate policies, projects, and draft legal documents to create high social consensus and ensure effective implementation of documents after promulgation.
