Ministry of Justice: Organizing training conferences to improve knowledge on coordination mechanisms and providing legal aid information to prosecution agencies, prosecutors, and commune-level civil servants

On October 15, 2025, at Long An ward, Tay Ninh province; The Department of Legal Dissemination, Education and Legal Aid - Ministry of Justice coordinated with the Tay Ninh Department of Justice to organize a training conference to improve knowledge on coordination mechanisms and provide legal aid information for prosecution agencies, prosecutors, and commune-level civil servants.

Conference chaired by: Leaders of the Department of Dissemination, Legal Education and Legal Aid - Ministry of Justice ; Leaders of the Tay Ninh Department of Justice - Mr. Ly Hong Huan - Deputy Director of the Department. Attending the training conference were nearly 250 delegates including: Legal aid officers, legal aid trainees (LTA) and specialists of the Provincial LTA Center; Lawyers registered to participate in implementing LTA and Lawyers signing contracts to implement LTA with the LTA Center. Representatives: Provincial People's Court; People's Courts of areas in the province; Provincial People's Procuracy, People's Procuracy of areas in the province; Provincial Police. Civil servants in charge of judicial work, citizen reception, one-stop shop of the People's Committees of 96 communes and wards; Editors, legal reporters of Tay Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television.

At the Conference, delegates listened to the Reporter - Lecturer Dr. Nguyen Van Diep - Former Deputy Director of the Judicial Academy report and train on the following topics: Skills to detect and identify subjects of legal aid. Skills to introduce and inform about legal aid. Skills to notify about legal aid. Skills to forward requests for legal aid to relevant agencies and organizations. Skills to communicate and work with agencies conducting proceedings.

Conference, aiming to improve awareness, knowledge and professional skills for the prosecution agency, the prosecutor and the team of cadres and civil servants at the commune level on the coordination mechanism, providing information on people eligible for legal aid .
