This morning, October 6, 2025, the Department of Justice organized the announcement of the decision on the appointment of the position of Head of the Department - Department of Administrative Justice; Deputy Head of the Department - Department of Administrative Violations and Document Inspection. Ms. Phan Thi My Dung - Provincial Party Committee Member - Party Committee Secretary - Director of the Department of Justice chaired the Conference; Attending the Conference were the Department's leaders and all civil servants of relevant professional departments.

At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Phu Huynh - Member of the Party Committee - Chief of the Office of the Department of Justice approved Decision No. 137/QD-STP dated September 30, 2025 of the Director of the Department of Justice on the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, Deputy Head of the Department of Judicial Administration to hold the position of Head of the Department of Judicial Administration. The term of appointment is 05 years, starting from October 1, 2025.

Decision No. 138/QD-STP dated September 30, 2025 of the Director of the Department of Justice on the appointment of Mr. Do Ngo Tai, specialist of the Department of Administrative Violations and Document Inspection to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Violations and Document Inspection under the Department of Justice of Tay Ninh province. The term of appointment is 05 years, starting from October 1, 2025.

Speaking at the Conference, Ms. Phan Thi My Dung - Director of the Department of Justice congratulated and requested the newly appointed comrades to continue to make efforts to study, research, improve professional qualifications, cultivate moral qualities and political mettle to meet the requirements of new tasks, together with the leaders and the collective of the unit, unite to successfully complete the assigned tasks;...../.
