Authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, on October 2 and 3, 2025, the Department of Justice - Standing Agency of the Provincial Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education (PBGDPL) organized an online conference to deploy new legal documents for the first phase - the last 6 months of 2025 according to Plan No. 371/KH-UBND dated July 28, 2025. The conference was chaired by Deputy Director of the Department of Justice Ly Hong Huan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Council for Legal Dissemination and Education, with the participation of more than 2,600 delegates representing the leadership of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio -political organizations under the Front; provincial departments and branches; State-owned enterprises, provincial legal reporters, legal officials, people assigned to perform the task of disseminating and educating the law, lecturers of the Faculty of State and Law, Provincial Political School; editors, reporters specializing in law of Tay Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television; Representatives of the People's Committee's leaders, leaders and civil servants of specialized departments; Police, Military , Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations under the Front , legal propagandists, grassroots mediators... in 96 communes and wards.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tan - Permanent Deputy Head - Appraisal Department - Department of Finance implemented the Law on implementing the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Bidding; Law on Investment under the public-private partnership model; Customs Law; Law on Value Added Tax; Law on Export Tax and Import Tax; Investment Law; Law on Public Investment; Law on Management and Use of Public Assets.
Ms. Ho Mong Thu - Deputy Head of the Committee for Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism - Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee deployed the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth and the Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level.
Ms. Le Thi Kim Nga - Chief Justice of the Civil Court - Provincial People's Court implemented the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of People's Courts and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code, the Law on Administrative Procedures, the Law on Juvenile Justice, the Bankruptcy Law and the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court.
Ms. Tong Thi Kim Huong - Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Procuracy deployed the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of the People's Procuracy.
Speaking at the end of the Conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice Ly Hong Huan - chairing the Conference, highly appreciated the effectiveness of the Conference. The basic and important contents of the legal documents were selected and introduced to the Conference by the reporter; the delegates focused on listening to the contents presented by the reporter, boldly discussing and clarifying the remaining issues of the Law and the implementation of tasks of local authorities at 02 levels.
The Conference chair requested agencies, units, localities, and staff working on legal dissemination and education in the whole province to continue to propagate and disseminate Laws, Resolutions, etc. to all officials and people in the area in many practical and appropriate forms, especially promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in this work, contributing to ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of people and businesses in the province./.
