Issue an Action Plan to promote data creation for comprehensive digital transformation

On July 23, 2025, the Government issued Resolution No. 214/NQ-CP, promulgating the Government's Action Plan on promoting data creation to serve comprehensive digital transformation.

The objectives of the plan are to:

Synchronously build and deploy system architecture and common platforms throughout the entire political system, from the central to local levels, ensuring seamless connection, communication, and data sharing between the Government, ministries, branches, localities, and Party agencies, the National Assembly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the People's Court, the People's Procuracy, and socio-political organizations, ensuring synchronization and unity throughout the political system, implementing the goals of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

Strive for 100% of national databases and specialized databases to be reviewed, evaluated, continued to be built, supplemented and comprehensively standardized according to common standards, ensuring coverage of all areas of state management, the ability to connect, share and integrate; improve the quality of online public service provision, effectively serve the direction, administration and reform of administrative procedures based on data, meeting the practical needs of people and businesses.
