This capital is drawn from the Provincial Relief Fund - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the provincial budget reserve.

According to the decision, funds were allocated to 40 communes and wards to support people in cases of collapsed houses and blown-off roofs. Of which, Xuan Phuoc commune received the highest support of 21.8 billion VND; followed by O Loan commune with 4.5 billion VND; Suoi Trai commune with 3.04 billion VND; Tuy An Dong commune with 2 billion VND; Song Hinh commune with 1.94 billion VND; Van Hoa commune with 1.88 billion VND; Phu Mo commune with 1.67 billion VND; Song Hinh commune with 1.24 billion VND and Phu Yen ward with 1.01 billion VND.
Many other localities such as communes and wards: Xuan Lanh, Cu M'ta, Phu Hoa 2, Dong Xuan, M'Drak, Xuan Tho, Ea H'leo, Ea Rieng, Binh Kien... also received support ranging from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of VND depending on the level of damage.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards to be responsible for reviewing the correct subjects; proposing to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for support; and at the same time allocating funding sources in accordance with regulations, ensuring the correct purpose, correct subjects, publicity, transparency, and avoiding loss and negativity.
Localities must report implementation results to the Department of Finance and the Department of Agriculture and Environment for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee; at the same time, continue to review and propose additional support if new damage arises.

The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee is assigned to direct the timely implementation of support; relevant departments and branches monitor and supervise the implementation, ensuring that funds reach the right beneficiaries.
Previously, the Provincial People's Committee also supported 35 billion VND from the provincial budget reserve for 16 communes and wards to overcome the consequences of storm No. 13, contributing to helping localities quickly restore infrastructure, stabilize production and people's lives after natural disasters.
