At the festival, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc shared that this is an opportunity to review the tradition of solidarity and show gratitude to generations who have contributed to fostering the strength of national solidarity, an important internal resource in building and defending the Fatherland. In addition, the organization of the Great Unity Festival must truly become a joyful day for the community, contributing to arousing patriotism, strengthening confidence, and promoting the people's strength in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc praised the efforts of Phuoc Hiep people in building cultural life, caring for social security, maintaining security and order, and developing the local economy .
Referring to the development orientation in the coming time, he noted that the Party Committee and government of Long Hai commune, the Front Working Committee of Phuoc Hiep hamlet and all the people continue to unite, innovate, and make more efforts to successfully achieve development goals.

Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc also suggested that from hamlets to party cells and organizations, people must be the center, the subject and the driving force in all activities, and the effectiveness of serving the people must be the measure. Each grassroots cadre needs to set an example, be close to the people, listen to their thoughts and aspirations; and effectively implement the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit".
In addition, patriotic emulation movements and social security work need to be implemented practically and effectively, especially taking care of people with meritorious services, the poor, the elderly, women, children and vulnerable groups, aiming at the goal of "Leaving no one behind".


On this occasion, leaders of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and Long Hai commune presented gifts, scholarships and health insurance cards to households in difficult circumstances; the Phuoc Hiep Hamlet Front Working Committee also launched a fundraising campaign to support flood victims.

According to comrade Bui Thanh Nhan, the neighborhood needs to continue promoting the traditional cultural values of the locality and fostering more qualities of cultural human values, adapting appropriately to new development requirements.
Thereby, deepening the tradition of dynamism, creativity and affection of the locality; at the same time mobilizing many resources in society to care for the people.

At the festival, the Party Committee - Ward - Front Committee of Ward 3 launched the implementation of emulation projects: building alley No. 7 on Street 14 green, clean, beautiful and safe; mobilizing 90% of households with high-rise buildings to build "Blooming balconies, green gardens"; mobilizing regular care for 4 households in especially difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, Thu Duc Ward People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 exemplary cultural families in 2025. Thu Duc Ward Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 examples of "Good people, good deeds" in 2025.
