Speaking at the Festival, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoan Kiem Ward, Vu Dang Dinh, commended and acknowledged the positive results achieved by the cadres and people of the Hang Trong Residential Group in 2025 and congratulated the exemplary cultural families recognized at the festival.
Providing an overview of the general situation of the capital, especially the success of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress and the implementation of the two-level local government model, he said that Hoan Kiem ward is considered by the city to be a key area in terms of political and cultural security, with the responsibility of carrying out many pioneering tasks of the capital.
Regarding the upcoming tasks, the Secretary of the Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee requested that the Party cell committee, the Front Work Committee and residential groups closely coordinate to lead the successful organization of the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
Along with that, we must do a good job of managing urban order, compete to successfully carry out patriotic movements, and contribute to building Hoan Kiem ward to be increasingly civilized, modern, and happy.
