Tao Thuong village has 100 households, over 430 people, is home to the Tay, Nung, La Chi, Thai, Kinh ethnic groups. In 2025, the people in the village promoted the spirit of solidarity, actively participated in patriotic emulation movements. People voluntarily donated over 1.5 km of land to expand roads and erect electric poles; to date, 100% of village and hamlet roads have been concreted, with a guaranteed drainage system. The whole village has 86 households achieving the title of "Cultural Family", 6 households were recognized as "Typical Cultural Family", material and spiritual life has been increasingly improved, the rate of poor households has decreased to 14 households.

At the same time, he asked the people to continue to promote the strength of solidarity, focus on economic development, especially livestock and specialty vegetable growing; actively eliminate bad customs, take good care of students' education; maintain security, order and social safety and prepare well for the upcoming election.
