Attending the Festival were comrades: Ton Thien Dong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organizing Committee; Pham Van Nam, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Mui Ne Ward and cadres, party members, and people of Thien An ward.

Thien An Quarter has 433 households and 1,600 people. Over the past year, people have united to help each other develop the economy , reduce poverty sustainably, and improve their lives. In particular, people have boldly changed the structure of crops and livestock to suit local conditions; maintained revolving savings groups, "5 no, 3 clean" clubs; gardening models, fruit tree planting...

The neighborhood has done a good job in mobilizing the “For the Poor” fund, reaching 102% of the assigned target; promptly supporting and encouraging disadvantaged households. Thanks to that, the number of poor households has decreased every year, to date there are only 8 poor households and 6 near-poor households.

People in Thien An neighborhood also actively participate in environmental protection, building a bright, green, clean, and beautiful landscape; implementing 2 rural traffic projects with a total amount of 615 million VND. Currently, 100% of households in the neighborhood use clean water; the internet system covers the entire area; 95.8% of households are cultural families.

This is also the locality that effectively maintains the "Group to reform and educate law violators and prevent the spread of drugs", "Inter-family safety group on fire prevention and fighting"; regularly reviews, supplements, and strengthens the People's Self-Management Group, and the Reconciliation Group to promptly reconcile and resolve conflicts right in the area, not allowing complicated "hot spots" of security and order to occur.

Attending the Festival, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Ton Thien Dong highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity and acknowledged the results that the people of Thien An ward achieved in 2025. Although the area is large and the majority of people rely on agriculture, people's lives are increasingly developing, clearly shown in the average income per capita reaching 72 million VND/year.

Comrade Ton Thien Dong hopes that the people of Thien An ward will continue to unite, together foster the spirit of solidarity and sharing in the community; launch and organize practical emulation movements, suitable to actual conditions. At the same time, actively participate in building a civilized urban area; preserve and promote traditional cultural values, contributing to the further development of Mui Ne ward.

On this occasion, comrade Ton Thien Dong presented 10 gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to 10 disadvantaged households in the neighborhood, each worth 1 million VND.
At the National Great Unity Day, Thien An neighborhood also honored two exemplary cultural households in 2025.
