Today’s live hog price (November 10) across the country remained stable compared to the previous session, with the common purchase price fluctuating between 48,000 and 51,000 VND/kg. Transactions in localities did not record any new fluctuations.
Pig price in the North
The live hog market in the North this morning had no new adjustments, the purchase price fluctuated from 49,000 to 51,000 VND/kg. The highest price in the region was 51,000 VND/kg, recorded in Bac Ninh. The lowest price was 49,000 VND/kg in Lai Chau. The remaining provinces including Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Hanoi , Hung Yen and Lao Cai maintained a stable price of 50,000 VND/kg.
Pig price in the Central Highlands
In the Central Highlands region, the price of live pigs also remained stable, trading in the range of 48,000 - 49,000 VND/kg. The lowest price in the region was 48,000 VND/kg, recorded in Gia Lai and Dak Lak . Other localities such as Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Hue and Khanh Hoa maintained the price of 49,000 VND/kg.
Pig price in the South
The southern live hog market also remained stable, with purchase prices fluctuating between 48,000 and 51,000 VND/kg. The highest price of 51,000 VND/kg continued to be recorded in Tay Ninh and Ca Mau. Key localities such as Dong Nai, Dong Thap and Ho Chi Minh City had prices of 50,000 VND/kg. The lowest price in the region was 48,000 VND/kg in Vinh Long.
