Ninh Binh Department of Industry and Trade supervises industrial explosives safety training course at Duyen Ha Cement Factory

Performing the function of state management of safety in industrial explosives activities, on November 10, 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade of Ninh Binh supervised the industrial explosives safety technical training course organized by Duyen Ha Cement Factory - Duyen Ha Company Limited for 46 trainees who are officers and workers directly participating in activities related to industrial explosives.
The training course was taught directly by Master Cao Van Hao - a mining expert, and took place over two days, November 10-11, 2025. Trainees were equipped with in-depth knowledge of legal regulations, procedures for storage, transportation, and use of industrial explosives, and were also instructed in skills for hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident response during work.
The training participants include: Blasting commanders (04 people), Miners (04 people), Explosive materials warehouse keepers (04 people) and service personnel related to industrial explosives activities (34 people).

The content is designed to suit each job title group, focusing on key topics such as:
• For managers of industrial explosives warehouses: regulations on storage, import and export procedures, quality control and fire prevention and fighting in the warehouse...
• For blasting commanders and miners: regulations on the use of explosives, blasting methods, creating blasting passports, ensuring safety during construction...
• For service personnel: identify hazards, warning signs and safety procedures when transporting and unloading industrial explosives...
At the end of the course, students will take a test to evaluate their training results. Those who meet the requirements will be granted a Certificate of training in industrial explosives safety techniques according to regulations.
Through the training course, Duyen Ha Cement Factory improves professional capacity, awareness of compliance with legal regulations and incident response skills for its workforce, contributing to ensuring absolute safety in production and minimizing risks and damages in the process of using industrial explosives.
