Detecting a factory producing counterfeit trademarks in Ninh Binh

On May 15, the Provincial Market Management Department coordinated with the Provincial Police to discover that a garment factory owned by Ms. Pham Thi Mung (Dong Mai village, Khanh Hai commune, Yen Khanh district) was producing garment products with signs of counterfeiting trademarks.

Through inspection, the authorities discovered that the garment factory was producing more than 1,000 garment products with signs of counterfeiting the brands Dior, CD, Dolce & Gabbana and image, GUCCI, BURBERRY and garment accessories, labels serving the production of about 54,000 products with signs of counterfeiting the above brands; In addition, the factory discovered a large quantity of fabric (40 rolls of fabric - about 2 tons) of various types produced abroad but without invoices, vouchers, or accompanying papers as prescribed.

The case is being further verified and clarified by the Inspection Team in accordance with legal regulations.
