The above information was announced by the General Statistics Office on the morning of November 6. Some of the main revenue items are domestic revenue reaching 1,842.7 trillion VND, equal to 110.5% of the year's estimate and up 32.6% over the same period last year; revenue from crude oil reaching nearly 41 trillion VND, equal to 77% of the year's estimate and down 14.9%; budget balance revenue from import-export activities reaching nearly 260 trillion VND, equal to 110.6% of the year's estimate and up 12.8%.
Total state budget expenditure in October is estimated at 194.2 trillion VND, accumulated in the first 10 months of 2025 is 1,830.8 trillion VND, equal to 71% of the year's estimate and up 47.1% over the same period last year.
Of which, regular expenditure reached 1,253 trillion VND, equal to 78.4% and increased by 46.3%; development investment expenditure was 486.1 trillion VND, equal to 61.5% and increased by 57.9%; debt interest payment was 85.7 trillion VND, equal to 77.5% and increased by 9.7%.
State budget expenditure increased by 47.1%, ensuring the needs of socio- economic development, national defense, security, state management, payment of due debts as well as timely payment to subjects according to regulations.
