At the festival, delegates and people reviewed the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), evaluated the results of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" and patriotic emulation movements in residential areas.
Over the past year, the people of Xin Man village have promoted the spirit of solidarity, actively developed the economy, transformed the structure of crops and livestock, maintained security and order in the border area, and participated in protecting national territorial sovereignty . The material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved, many households have escaped poverty sustainably. Up to now, the average income per capita of the village is estimated at over 30 million VND/person/year, the poverty rate has decreased to 14%, the village continues to maintain the title of "cultural village" for 5 consecutive years.

Speaking at the Festival, comrade Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, commended the results that the people of Xin Man border commune have achieved in recent years.
He suggested that the Party Cell, the Front Work Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in the village continue to strengthen the strength of great national unity, build the Party Cell into a true nucleus in all aspects of work; implement democratic regulations at the grassroots level, promptly grasp the thoughts and legitimate aspirations of the people.
