The annual forum “Culture with Enterprises” will announce “Message of Hanoi”

With the theme "Vietnamese Business Culture - Shaped by Breakthrough Thinking in the New Era", the forum is scheduled to take place on December 21, 2025 in Hanoi .

The highlight and also the new point of this year's forum is the first announcement of the "Set of Vietnamese Business Culture Values in the New Era". Along with that, the Organizing Committee also introduced in detail the Set of Vietnamese Business Culture Criteria (revised in 2025) with many core changes.

Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy emphasized that the Ministry has coordinated with VNABC to develop an implementation plan with the goal of conveying strong messages of the Party, encouraging, motivating and creating response and participation of a large number of Vietnamese enterprises in the cause of national construction and development, especially in developing corporate culture.

Mr. Ho Anh Tuan, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Campaign "Building Vietnamese Corporate Culture", Chairman of VNABC said that the Forum has been held for the past 5 years. The theme of 2025 was chosen to concretize the spirit of the Party's new resolutions issued in the second half of 2024 and 2025. This year's Forum has special significance in concretizing the spirit of Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development, affirming the role of business culture as a new driving force for sustainable development.

According to the Organizing Committee, the 2025 Forum will focus on four main objectives: Identifying and analyzing the impact of breakthrough thinking on the process of shaping Vietnamese business culture; creating a space for multi-dimensional dialogue between Party and State leaders, experts and the business community; creating new values for Vietnamese business culture, focusing on breakthrough thinking and sustainable development; Launching key initiatives and honoring businesses that meet business culture standards.

The Forum's content includes two main discussion sessions. Session 1: Identifying breakthrough thinking in the new era that impacts Vietnamese business culture. Session 2: Shaping and developing Vietnamese business culture from breakthrough thinking in the new era.

Mr. Mac Quoc Anh, Vice President of the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, said that the important highlight of the 5th Forum will be the announcement of "Hanoi's Message".

Within the framework of the Forum, the Organizing Committee will announce and honor enterprises that meet the Vietnamese Business Culture standards in 2025, give State-level rewards and award Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister to outstanding enterprises. At the same time, the event will also launch the Vietnamese Business Culture Standard Enterprises Club and the Journalism Club with Corporate Culture.

A key content of the press conference was the detailed introduction of the Vietnam Business Culture Criteria (revised 2025). Accordingly, the 2025 Criteria were streamlined from 30 to 25 criteria, focusing on finding concrete evidence of work and results, instead of just looking at slogans and regulations on paper.
