According to Dr. Truong Cong Hoa, Director of the Academy of Public Administration and Management in Ho Chi Minh City, in the context of integration and digital transformation strongly impacting all fields, especially law and public administration, connecting training institutions with professional units, businesses and professional organizations is an inevitable requirement to improve students' practical capacity.

In addition, academic playgrounds such as the "Law and Life" contest help students consolidate their knowledge, foster legal thinking skills and awareness of the rule of law as the foundation of future civil servants and lawyers.
“The signing of the memorandum of understanding between the Branch and professional partners is considered an important milestone in the strategy of developing legal practice training, aiming at the model of 'learning while doing', 'school connecting business - society - legal practice'”, Dr. Truong Cong Hoa shared.

According to the signed content, the parties will coordinate to organize internship programs, career tours, seminars, vocational skills training, career counseling and legal language training for students majoring in Law and related majors.
Dr. Le Van Quyen, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law and Interdisciplinary Sciences , said that the school's goal is to combine theoretical and practical training for students. Cooperation with businesses, law offices and the implementation of specialized English programs help students quickly adapt to work after graduation, not only in the public administration but also in outside businesses.
Over the years, in order to meet practical needs, the training program has also been adjusted by the unit to suit changes in the legal system, enhance professional skills and combine theory with practice.

Along with the signing ceremony, the legal competition with the theme “Law and Life” took place enthusiastically, attracting students from classes majoring in Law, Inspection, Party Building and State Administration. The teams competed in 3 parts: Legal knowledge; handling situations and legal skits, with content closely related to real life and profession, such as laws on civil rights, inspection - examination, marriage - family, environmental protection law, criminal, civil and land.
According to the organizers, the highlight of this year's competition is the harmonious combination of legal knowledge and artistic creativity. Teams demonstrate their ability to understand, argue, debate and handle legal situations through lively and familiar skits. Legal stories that seem dry are recreated in an emotional and educational way, contributing to spreading the message: "Understand the law to live correctly - Study law to contribute" to a large number of students.
The jury of the competition, consisting of experts and lecturers with rich experience in the legal and administrative fields, highly appreciated the professional quality as well as the spirit of learning and creativity of the teams. Many excellent performances demonstrated the ability to apply legal knowledge into practice, clearly reflecting the thinking capacity and professional attitude of the students who will be the core force in the civil service system and the future legal profession.
