Louisiane Restaurant Land Reclamation

Nha Trang Ward People's Committee has just sent a notice to Bien Xanh International Joint Stock Company - the investor of Louisiane restaurant (lot 29 Tran Phu Park) about the revocation of 4,814.4m² of land for Louisiane restaurant on plot 1, map sheet 80 (old number 28 Loc Tho ward) east of Tran Phu street. The reason for the revocation is that the above land area was allocated and leased by the State for a term but the land use term was not extended as prescribed in the Land Law 2024.

Nha Trang Ward People's Committee requested Bien Xanh International Joint Stock Company to handle assets attached to the land to return the site to the State, and at the same time fully perform financial obligations as prescribed to hand over the site to the State.

Previously, Nha Trang Ward People's Committee had notified Nha Trang Sailing Club Joint Venture Company Limited (investor of Sailing Club restaurant) about the revocation of 2,369.8m² of land currently in use on the east side of Tran Phu Street according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.
