Within the framework of the program, the Provincial Department of Home Affairs provided information on benefits and policies of labor export activities; the Provincial Police disseminated knowledge of Vietnamese and Korean laws in labor management; the Provincial Employment Service Center provided guidance on policies to support workers; business representatives shared information on the sponsorship process and responsibilities of workers when working abroad.

The program aims to equip workers with the necessary cultural, linguistic, legal knowledge and behavioral skills, helping them confidently integrate and work effectively in Korea. This is a practical activity that contributes to improving the quality of the province's human resources, expanding employment opportunities, increasing income and promoting economic development for local workers.
The organizers hope that each candidate will become a “global farmer” - a labor ambassador who contributes to strengthening the friendly and cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Korea.
