The event “Hello Ca Mau” with the theme “Unleash Potential, Shape Future” will take place from November 18 to 22, 2025. This event is organized by the People's Committee of Ca Mau province in coordination with the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, aiming to strengthen the tourism development link between Ca Mau and Ho Chi Minh City; attracting businesses, investors, and tourists interested in Ca Mau's typical tourism products.
Within the framework of the event, a series of activities will take place such as: Conference on investment, trade and tourism promotion; culinary festival - Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025; conference on connecting investment cooperation for enterprises from Ho Chi Minh City to Ca Mau province; at the same time, arranging space for exhibition, promotion of investment, trade, tourism; introducing and promoting cuisine from Ca Mau specialties.
According to the report at the meeting, the functional departments of Ca Mau province and Ho Chi Minh City are actively coordinating to implement the event preparation contents such as: Opening and closing program of the event; number of guests; detailed planning for each activity taking place at the event; in which, focusing on the culinary festival, promotion conferences and the number of participating booths; estimated budget plan for the organization; logistics, communication work... to ensure the proposed progress.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen assessed: This is the first large-scale event organized by Ca Mau province in coordination with Ho Chi Minh City, which has a particularly important meaning in the series of events promoting the image, culture, tourism and people of Ca Mau to domestic and foreign friends. Therefore, the preparation work needs to be carried out carefully, ensuring thoughtful, large-scale and impressive organization.
With not much time left, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen requested relevant departments and branches to regularly connect with Ho Chi Minh City units to review the content, nature and scale of the event. From there, assign specific tasks to each department and individual in charge of each content.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen noted that the focus should be on activities within the framework of the event chain, with the focus being on selecting ingredients for the food festival, which must absolutely ensure food safety. In addition, logistics, reception of delegates and guests; event organization program; and booth arrangement plan at the event must be implemented according to the issued plan.
