On the morning of November 10, a working delegation led by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Thuy visited the economic development model and worked with the Party Committee of Ly Van Lam Ward. At the working session, the Party Committee of Ly Van Lam ward reported on the implementation of resolutions; organization of congresses; operation of the political system; socio-economic development; ensuring national defense and security; preventing IUU fishing; development orientations and targets for 2026.

In recent times, Ly Van Lam Ward has seriously implemented the Party's resolutions; the government apparatus has been consolidated, and operational efficiency has improved. Digital transformation has achieved positive results with the rate of online records reaching 90.5%; 100% of records have been digitized. The economy has remained stable, many effective production models such as shrimp - crab - rice, VietGAP have been replicated; 55 new enterprises have been established; security and order have been maintained, and national defense has been ensured.

However, the locality still faces difficulties due to unsynchronized urbanization, degraded traffic, limited drainage system; low budget revenue; unstable output of some production models; unregistered and uninspected aquatic exploitation; unstable staff after the merger, large workload.

The leaders of Ly Van Lam Ward proposed that the province support investment in traffic and drainage infrastructure; soon complete the planning to promote urban development; have policies to attract businesses to link up to consume key products; strengthen training and fostering of staff; support control of IUU fishing; create conditions to complete development targets by 2026.

The members of the working group suggested that the ward continue to closely follow the resolution, proactively plan production in accordance with weather developments; step up propaganda against IUU fishing; effectively promote existing production models; strengthen the application of science and technology; focus on training cadres; grasp the population situation, ensure security and order; create a favorable environment to attract investment.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Su acknowledged the difficulties of the locality, requested the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee to review and classify problems to prioritize solutions; consider planning work as a key task; continue to strengthen the cooperative model, especially Ong Muon Cooperative to improve the capacity of linking production and product consumption.

Concluding the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Thanh Thuy requested the Ward Party Committee to absorb the working delegation's opinions; continue to concretize and implement the congress resolution; perfect the political apparatus; focus on economic development tasks, especially planning work; review targets to complete within the year; prepare well for the organization of elections for the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term; at the same time, requested the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee to resolutely complete the tasks of 2025, build a plan for 2026, and bring the ward to a worthy development in the new period.

Previously, the working group had surveyed the production model combining rice - shrimp - crab - goby fish at Ong Muon hamlet. The model was assessed to promote natural conditions well, diversify products, increase economic value and income for people.
