According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, the highest water level recorded on November 10th at the Vung Tau hydrological station was 4.03m (at 2:45 AM) and is trending downwards.

In Ho Chi Minh City, forecasts indicate that on November 11th and 12th, high tides at these stations will gradually recede but will remain at a high level. Combined with heavy rain in the late afternoon and evening, this could easily cause localized flooding in low-lying areas along rivers and canals.
* In Northern Vietnam , the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting reports that high tides are also occurring. In the coastal area of Hai Phong , the highest tide peak at Hon Dau station reached 4.06m at 7:40 AM on November 10th.
The meteorological and hydrological agency notes that in the late afternoon and evening, people need to be wary of strong currents when the tide recedes, which are especially dangerous for boats, ports, and beaches, affecting maritime activities and beach tourism .
