According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the highest water level measured on November 10 at Vung Tau marine station was 4.03m (at 2:45 a.m.) and has a decreasing trend.

In Ho Chi Minh City, it is forecasted that on November 11 and 12, the high tide at these stations will also gradually decrease but will still remain at a high level, combined with heavy rain in the evening, which can easily cause local flooding in low-lying areas along rivers and canals.
* In the North , the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that high tides are also occurring. In the coastal area of Hai Phong , the highest tide peak at Hon Dau station reached 4.06m at 7:40 a.m. on November 10.
The hydrometeorological agency noted that in the evening and at night, people need to be wary of strong currents when the tide recedes, which are especially dangerous for boats, ports and beaches, affecting maritime activities and sea tourism .
