At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai expressed his joy at welcoming and working with Pacific Construction Group; at the same time, he said that after the merger, Ca Mau province has many potentials and advantages for development compared to before; however, Ca Mau is still a province with many difficulties, connecting infrastructure has not been invested synchronously, investment attraction is not commensurate with the potential.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai affirmed: Ca Mau Province is committed to accompanying and providing the best support to investors and businesses in the process of researching and investing in the province; at the same time, sending the best wishes to the working delegation, hoping that Ca Mau Province and the Group will have cooperation and achieve success in the coming time.

Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa highly appreciated the potential, strengths and development prospects of Ca Mau province, especially the strength in developing marine economy.
With the motto of “making friends first, cooperating later”, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa shared many good views, methods and experiences in investing in infrastructure construction, especially transport infrastructure; at the same time, expressed the desire for long-term cooperation with Ca Mau province. Accordingly, he proposed that the province assign a focal agency to directly work with the Group during the cooperation process; support the Group in establishing a company, finding a suitable place to set up an office in Ca Mau province to facilitate the process of exchanging, cooperating and implementing tasks and projects in the province.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai respectfully thanked and acknowledged the special feelings and wishes of Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa and the Pacific Construction Group for Ca Mau province.
Currently, the Central Government is implementing many highway, airport and seaport projects in the province; therefore, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai hopes that Pacific Construction Group will research and invest in a number of traffic and infrastructure projects in Nam Can Economic Zone to increase connectivity with projects invested by the Central Government, creating favorable conditions to attract investment and develop the province's socio-economy.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai hopes that the Pacific Construction Group and Ca Mau province will establish a joint working group to exchange and share ideas and cooperation experiences, as well as remove difficulties and obstacles from the beginning, creating favorable conditions in the cooperation process; at the same time, he personally invited Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa and the Pacific Construction Group to spend time in Ca Mau to survey and experience to understand more about the culture, land and people of Ca Mau; attend a workshop on the province's economic growth reaching double digits in 2026 and the following years.
