(laichau.gov.vn) The National Press Award on the National Assembly and People's Councils (Dien Hong Award) is an annual award presented to outstanding press works on the National Assembly and People's Councils, chaired by the Office of the National Assembly, in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People's Council, the Vietnam Journalists Association, and Vietnam Television. The fourth Dien Hong Award is an event of profound cultural and political significance, aiming to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026) with the theme "80 years of the National Assembly of Vietnam", specifically as follows:
