Ms. Nguyen Thi Y Nhi is always dedicated and passionate about her job for her beloved students.

After graduating from Dong Thap University in 2013, Ms. Nguyen Thi Y Nhi was assigned to Vinh Dai Kindergarten and has been working there until now. For her, teaching preschool children is not simply taking care of and playing with children, but also educating and guiding children to develop their thinking from an early age, creating a foundation for them to enter the path of education later. Therefore, to achieve high efficiency in caring for and raising children, she always spends a lot of time sharing, listening, and caring for children every day; teaching methods are always innovative to attract children to interact and develop their intelligence.

Ms. Orphanage effectively combines teaching methods, helping children explore , create and develop comprehensively.

Ms. Nhi shared: “As a preschool teacher, I am always aware of my role and responsibility in caring for and educating children. I constantly self-study and self-train to improve my professional capacity and innovate educational methods in the direction of 'child-centered', 'Steam', 'happy classroom', and applying AI technology in teaching.

I focus on training the skills to organize rich and flexible activities from purposeful learning hours to experiential activities, music , physical activities, etc. to help children explore, create and develop comprehensively so that every day at school is a happy day for children, and every class hour is an opportunity to contribute.

She constantly studies and trains herself to improve her professional skills.

Not only that, she is also a progressive person, eager to learn, knows how to listen to opinions and is willing to help and share professional experience with colleagues,... In her free time, she also takes advantage of going online to equip herself with more professional knowledge, improve her skills, childcare skills as well as learn experiences, skillful products or make to create more learning tools for children.
