Applying artificial intelligence to 4 online competitions on traffic safety

(NLDO) - For the education sector, educating awareness and forming a culture of safe traffic for the young generation is a regular, continuous task that needs to be renewed.

On the morning of November 10, the Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Safety Committee, the People's Police Academy and the Southern Center for Education and Training Development (Office of the Ministry of Education and Training) coordinated with the Cong Ly Newspaper to organize the launching ceremony of 4 online contests with the theme "Learning about the law on traffic order and safety".

Mr. Le Thang Loi, Director of the Southern Center for Education and Training Development, Ministry of Education and Training - called on students across the country to participate in the contest.

Ms. To Thi Lan Phuong, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Cong Ly Newspaper, hopes that the contest will become a meaningful and practical activity in response to Vietnam Law Day (November 9), contributing to bringing law into life in a more vivid, closer and effective way.

At the launching ceremony, Mr. Le Thang Loi, Director of the Southern Center for Education and Training Development, emphasized that traffic safety is always a concern of the Party, the State and the whole society. Traffic accidents not only cause loss of life and property but also affect the sustainable development of the country.

"In the education sector, forming awareness and culture of safe traffic for students is a regular task that needs to be innovated according to digital technology trends," said Mr. Loi.

According to Ms. To Thi Lan Phuong, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Cong Ly Newspaper, applying technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in legal dissemination and education activities is an inevitable direction, helping to improve the effectiveness of legal access, spread awareness of compliance and build a culture of safe and civilized traffic throughout society.

"Online competitions are designed with a user-friendly interface, easy to access on devices with internet connection. In particular, with AI applications in scoring, statistics and data analysis, candidates can rest assured that the competitions are completely fair, transparent and objective," said Ms. Phuong.

Organizers and guests attended the launching ceremony of the online contest "Learning about traffic safety laws" on the morning of November 10.

According to the plan, after the launching ceremony, 4 competitions will take place simultaneously from November 15 to November 23, organized entirely on a digital platform, allowing candidates from all over the country to participate. The implementation of all 4 competitions at the same time aims to create a strong communication effect, unifying the message of traffic safety.

2. Online contest "Learn about the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety in 2024" and safe driving skills.

3. Online contest "Learning about the law on violations of alcohol concentration regulations when driving vehicles".

4. Online contest "Learning about the law on the responsibility of the person who hands over the vehicle to an unqualified person to drive and participate in traffic".
