Facilitate people and businesses to handle administrative procedures with utilities

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 2532/UBND-HCC dated October 2, 2025 of the City People's Committee on deploying a number of free utilities to serve people and businesses performing administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center, Thanh Khe ward has installed and put into use many utilities to help people and businesses more conveniently when handling administrative procedures.

Facilities located at the center include: free phone charging stations, glasses for the elderly, medical cabinets, areas providing free forms, declarations and file covers; 2 desks for printing and submitting documents online; high-speed wifi system... These items contribute to creating favorable conditions for people in the process of looking up and completing administrative records.

The deployment of utilities not only demonstrates the spirit of professional and dedicated service but also contributes to building the image of a friendly, modern and people-friendly administrative system; aiming to improve the quality of service and improve the satisfaction level of organizations and individuals when coming to transact. Thanh Khe Ward will continue to maintain and add new utilities, ensuring that all people and businesses when coming to the Public Administration Service Center are best supported in the process of carrying out administrative procedures.
