According to information at the conference, the Muslim population in 2024 is 2 billion people, forecast to increase to 2.2 billion people in 2030, accounting for 1/3 of the world's population. The Halal market reached 2 trillion USD in 2024 and is expected to reach 3 trillion USD in 2030. Up to now, the whole country has about 1,000 enterprises that have, are, and are preparing to participate in the Halal market.
