The demand for labor recruitment at businesses at the end of the year is increasing.

(DN) - On November 10, Dong Nai Employment Service Center (Tam Hiep ward) organized the November 2025 Job Fair.

The job fair is organized completely free of charge to promptly support employment for unemployed workers and meet human resources needs for businesses in the province.

The job fair attracted 19 units and businesses to register to recruit nearly 4,000 workers. Accordingly, about 750 workers who wanted to find jobs and learn about job information participated in the fair (including workers who participated directly and accessed online via Fanpage, Zoom, Zalo OA). It is expected that 250 workers will be recruited.

According to Dong Nai Employment Service Center, in the fourth quarter of 2025, businesses need about 55,000 workers in various industries; on average, businesses need to recruit about 16,000 workers per month. Therefore, the center innovates job exchanges according to the model of applying information technology and artificial intelligence, integrating directly and online. This method helps workers participate in the exchange in many forms, quickly access businesses and grasp information about recruitment needs conveniently and accurately. In the coming time, the center will organize mobile job exchanges to connect workers and businesses, especially businesses that need a lot of workers to serve the production of Tet goods.
