Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee held a thematic conference on a number of key tasks and solutions in the last months of the year.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Vu Hong Van said: To accelerate the successful implementation of the socio -economic development goals and tasks in 2025, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee organized a conference on key tasks and solutions in the last months of the year to achieve the goals in 2025. This is an urgent conference and has special significance to ensure the completion of the double-digit growth target in 2025.

In the first 9 months of the year, with the efforts and solidarity of the entire Party, government and people in the province, the socio-economic situation of the province has achieved many positive results. The economic growth rate is estimated at 8.86% over the same period, higher than the target assigned by the Government. Key areas such as industrial production index, budget revenue, FDI disbursement, and social housing development achieved high results.

To achieve the growth target of 10% in 2025, in the fourth quarter of 2025, Dong Nai province must achieve a growth rate of 12.8%. This is an extremely heavy and difficult task, requiring the drastic participation of the entire political system. Currently, the disbursement rate of public investment capital in the province is still low, in which compensation and site clearance work is still facing huge obstacles with about 150 projects facing problems with site clearance. Planning work is still slow and does not meet development requirements, the progress of land use rights auctions has greatly affected budget revenue, development investment, etc.

2025 is the last year of the breakthrough acceleration of the 5-year period 2020-2025, creating a premise for the province to aim for double-digit growth in the period 2026-2030, the workload in the last 2 months of the year is very large and decisive. Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly grasp the spirit of "three focuses - three publicities - one measure" of General Secretary To Lam, and at the same time implement the motto "6 clear".

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the delegates attending the conference to promote a sense of responsibility and frankness, focus on breakthrough solutions, and immediately resolve bottlenecks in public investment disbursement, budget collection, land use rights auction, and promote industrial park development.

Regarding management responsibilities, it is necessary to clarify target solutions. Localities must do a good job in resolving administrative procedures for the people. Propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles to achieve the target of double-digit growth in 2025.
