Exciting ASEAN Cultural Exchange in 2025

(DN) - On the afternoon of November 8, the Vietnam - ASEAN Friendship Association of Dong Nai province coordinated with Dong Nai University of Technology, Trang Dai ward to organize the ASEAN Cultural Exchange program in 2025.

Attending the exchange program were: Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Ho Chi Minh City Carolina Tinangon; Chairman of the Union of Friendship Organizations of Dong Nai Province Nguyen Thanh Tri; Chairman of the Vietnam - ASEAN Friendship Association of Dong Nai Province Mai Van Nhon; representatives of the leadership of Dong Nai University of Technology, students of colleges and universities in the province.

Delegates visited the photo exhibition with the theme: ASEAN Countries and People and ASEAN Cultural Space; watched the documentary film The Journey of Formation and Development of the ASEAN Community; and watched the award-winning fashion shows at the Asian Beauty Fashion Show.

The performances, exhibitions and exchanges in the program not only bring a vibrant atmosphere but also contribute to strengthening the solidarity and friendship between Dong Nai and ASEAN countries. Thereby, spreading the spirit of integration and honoring the cultural identity of East Asia in the new era.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded 10 prizes to the participating schools in the 2025 Asian Beauty Fashion Show. The first prize went to Lac Hong University for its performance of Malaysian national costumes; the second prize went to Dong Nai University of Technology for its performance of Singaporean national costumes; along with third prizes, consolation prizes and secondary prizes.
