The 11th Congress of the Agribank Phu Tho Branch Trade Union, term 2025-2030

On November 6, the Agribank Phu Tho Branch Trade Union held its 11th Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were 79 delegates representing 374 union members from 10 member trade unions.

The Congress approved the report assessing the Union's activities for the 2023-2025 term; directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 period; and the review report of the Executive Committee of the Union for the 2023-2025 term.

In the 2023-2025 term, the Agribank Phu Tho Branch Trade Union has performed well its assigned functions and tasks. The Executive Committee always closely followed the direction of the Agribank Trade Union, the Party Committee, and the Branch's Board of Directors, developed programs and plans, and organized their implementation to ensure the right direction. Trade union organizations at all levels have done a good job of propagating and educating cadres, union members, and workers in the entire system to promote the tradition of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, overcome difficulties, maintain and develop business activities; coordinated well with specialized departments to effectively implement business solutions to promptly meet customers' needs for banking products and services, contributing to enhancing Agribank's reputation in the area.

The implementation of regimes, policies, rights and legitimate, legal benefits for union members and workers is given special attention by the Executive Committee of the Trade Union. Labor protection, provision of working equipment, allowances, business expenses, overtime pay, etc. are fully implemented; the income and life of union members and workers are always guaranteed and gradually improved.

Grassroots trade unions actively mobilize cadres and union members to support the province's "Fund for the Poor"

Social security work is focused on by the trade union, humanitarian and charitable activities are widely deployed. During the term, the grassroots trade union mobilized cadres and union members to actively participate in supporting people affected by floods, storms, natural disasters, joining hands to eliminate temporary houses, build charity houses, support poor households, students overcoming difficulties, support equipment for schools... with an amount of over 1.4 billion VND.

The efforts in the activities of the trade union organization have contributed to the completion of the business goals of the whole system. On average, each year, the capital of Agribank Phu Tho Branch increased by 14.3%, outstanding loans increased by 15.2%, exceeding the set term target; the unit's bad debt ratio is always lower than the bad debt ratio assigned by Agribank.

Cultural, artistic and sports exchange activities are held annually, creating a joyful, exciting and united atmosphere throughout the system.

In the 2025-2030 term, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Agribank Phu Tho Branch Trade Union continues to innovate the content and methods of operation, carry out well the work of political and ideological education, take care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; promote patriotic emulation movements, sports, cultural and artistic movements and social security activities; promote the pioneering role of union members in digital transformation of the banking industry, contributing to the completion of political tasks and business tasks of Agribank Phu Tho Branch, building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
