Inspecting the Association's work and farmers' movement in 2025 in Phung Nguyen commune

On November 6, the working delegation of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union led by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dinh - Vice Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Union inspected the work of the Union and the farmers' movement in 2025 for the Farmers' Union of Phung Nguyen commune. Also attending was Mr. Hoang Xuan Giao - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Union.

The Farmers' Association of Phung Nguyen commune currently has over 7,700 members, operating in 46 branches. The Association's propaganda and political and ideological education work has been innovated with many diverse forms. In 2025, the Association coordinated to organize 48 propaganda sessions for over 42,500 cadres, members and people. The work of building and consolidating the Association's organization has been innovated in content and methods, improving operational efficiency, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. The movement of Farmers competing in production and good business, uniting to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty has attracted a large number of members. There are 3,560 farmer households registering for good production and business at all levels. Through evaluation, the number of farmer households achieving the title of good production and business at all levels reached over 78% compared to the number of registered households.

At the same time, the Association coordinated the building of self-management groups, people's security groups, and reconciliation groups in villages and hamlets; launched a movement for farmers to participate in protecting national security.

The delegation visited the livestock and aquaculture model at Bui Luan Livestock Service Cooperative.

Inspection and supervision work has been strengthened and put into order. Every year, the Association has developed inspection plans at the branches, classifying movements to ensure objectivity and accuracy.

During the inspection, the Working Group requested the Farmers' Association of Phung Nguyen Commune to clarify a number of contents: The expansion of types of Farmers' Clubs; application of digital transformation in the Association's work; mobilizing and guiding farmers to participate in developing collective economic forms...

Concluding the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union Nguyen Xuan Dinh acknowledged the comprehensive and clear results achieved in the Association's work and farmers' movement in 2025 of the Farmers' Union of Phung Nguyen commune.

The delegation visited the vegetable production and processing model at Tu Xa safe vegetable cooperative.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, he suggested that the Association's officials need to innovate their thinking and working methods to improve the effectiveness of their activities; promote propaganda work to help members grasp and implement policies well. Improve the quality of the branch's staff; train and develop a source of cadres with professional qualifications, the ability to mobilize members, and experience in organizing production and business; and the ability to advise and propose to the Party Committee and the government on the Association's work and the farmers' movement. Coordinate well in providing support services to farmers, transferring scientific and technical advances into production; pay attention to organizing demonstration models and providing agricultural materials to farmers; coordinate with the Social Policy Bank to effectively organize and implement entrusted activities.

At the same time, it is recommended that local Party committees and authorities continue to pay attention to the work of the Association and the farmers' movement, creating more favorable conditions for the Association to implement programs and models for agricultural economic development, new rural construction, and digital transformation.
