Accordingly, in recent years, the work of propagating, disseminating and educating the State law and military discipline for cadres, union members and youth has been thoroughly and effectively implemented by Party committees and commanders of agencies and units throughout the army, concretized in the contents of leadership resolutions, work plans and emulation movements at all levels.

Legal education for military youth is implemented comprehensively, with diverse content, and in many rich forms such as: through union activities, implementing Law Day, organizing competitions, seminars, exchanges, forums, thematic talks, dramatization...; integrated with other legal education plans and programs and basic and regular education contents and forms at the unit.

In addition, agencies and units proactively and actively coordinate with press agencies inside and outside the Army to propagate models, typical examples, and results of legal education in newspapers, internal radio, information portals, social networks, etc. with more than 42,000 news and articles throughout the Army, contributing to spreading the spirit of respect for the law, raising awareness and responsibility for law enforcement and discipline among youths throughout the Army.

At the same time, agencies and units throughout the army have concretized the content and targets of PBGDPL into the movement "Youth of the Army cultivates virtue and talent, is proactive, creative, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era", and launched many emulation campaigns on discipline enforcement, building discipline and ensuring safety. The implementation process focuses on overcoming weak links and weak aspects; strengthening propaganda and education to raise self-awareness and sense of responsibility of cadres, union members and youth in training and work. In addition, youth of the Army also promote the role of being proactive and creative, actively participating in propaganda and mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level, especially in remote, isolated, border, island and ethnic minority areas, contributing to strengthening the great solidarity of the army and people, maintaining political security and social order and safety.

The conference pointed out that in the coming time, agencies and units need to continue to raise awareness, responsibility and strengthen the leadership and direction of Party committees, political commissars, political officers, commanders and political agencies at all levels in propaganda, legal dissemination and discipline for youth. Strengthen propaganda and dissemination of directive documents of the Party, State and Army; promote the vanguard role of youth organizations in the fight against deviations and violations of discipline; organize action movements, cultural, artistic and sports activities. Strengthen experience sharing, replicate good models; apply digital transformation in propaganda. Improve the capacity of reporters, propagandists, youth union officials and squad officials. Pay attention to investing in resources and facilities; regularly summarize and promptly reward outstanding collectives and individuals.
